PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups natural peanut butter
-  1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Stevia (all natural sweetener)
- 1 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 2 cups uncooked oats
- 1/4 cup flaxseed
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts

DIRECTIONS:
In a food processor, combine the peanut butter, agave  syrup, water, and then protein powder; process until blended.

Add the oats, nuts and seeds; pulse on and off until mixture clings together. 
Divide mixture into 16 portions and shape each one into a ball and enjoy!
