I wrote a blog post on my "Benefits Of Fish Oil" blog, and it really relates to what we were talking about, FOOD AND DIET.
Basically, it's about how our North American diets cause inflammation, the root of almost all diseases, and how good food fights inflammation.
If you lose the crap, and eat the good foods, you won't need to count calories, write down every morsel you eat. Going on diets that eliminate food groups is just about the worst you can do (unless you have a real need to do so).
